International orders are shipped UPS WORLDWIDE Expedited (2-5 Business Days Depending
on location.) or you have the option to choose USPS Express (5-8 Business Days Depending on location). Pay only customs import
tax if there is any.

option 2-5 business days depending on location.) (If you need this in 1-2 business days please contact us as we do have options
for some areas.)
Step by step tracking, easy refunds
for lost packages, delay notifications, and anticipated arrival date so you know when to expect the package.
All items described as "textiles". With UPS the customs
forms are all in barcode so there is no typewritten form describing the product content to be seen by the delivery person.
Barcode is read at the customs office. (Note: some countries may charge an import tax.) Never had a problem yet with
UPS! If they can't find your address they call us and we get in contact with you. Toll
free number for delivery updates!
US Postal Service Express Mail:
Express Mail is 5-8 business days. This is your standard government run postal service. The
US postal service in collaboration with your local postal service will deliver your package. Tracking is
not updated turn by turn. Simply shows when the package was pickup at our location. When
the package entered your country, and finally, when it is delivered. (This is a cheaper option at times,
but not recommended. We have had problems with the postal service as I am sure you are aware of any government
run operation.) We recommend UPS Expedited, but want to offer a cheaper alternative should you wish to
choose. The customs forms are filled out in type and displayed on the front of the box as Textiles.
Example, Fiberglass tape, synthetic padding, Stockinette. We try to be as vague as possible.
